Changing it to one star not only have they capped and restricted the points you can earn but the app doesn't keep track of anything anymore i have it connect to my device but i never get the points for that and now you have to physically log into the app everyday to just get those points. This app is very they want us work out and be healthy but not do it so much where they have to actually reward you for it even though the whole point of this is to reward for learning good habits.

The app is extremely slow, often kicks up, Manny times have to enter pin several times before acceptance. When I start it, often have to Wait several minutes while just spinning for it to start. I source so it and start it again and that sometimes helps. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but that didn't help.

Infuriating to try to set up the app. My health plan offered this as an option & I was able to log directly in to an account automatically on my PC. Trying to set up the app to connect to the same account has resulted in 45 minuted of various error messages and dead ends. Giving up & uninstalling. They need to update to make the app & web account much more intuitive to link. Luckily this isn't a requirement on my plan & was just something I was looking to do on the side so no loss in the end

It seems you may be trying to log in with your health plan credentials. You'll need to set the username and password in your account. From your PC, navigate to Profile in the upper right corner. Click Edit and input your new username and password. Save, and use those credentials to log in to the app. Please call 877-709-0201 M-F, 7a-9p CT. Thanks!
