Not happy at all. I have tried multiple times to use my rewards for free food. The app says, "We are having trouble connecting." I was told by our server that is hasn't worked in a long time and that the points accrued mysteriously disappear suddenly. I will probably just delete the app because it's a waste of space at this point. Very disappointed 😞

App rewards hasn't worked from the start. I've dined at the same location, used the same credit card and always pay using the app scan feature. None of my transactions are shown, the "rewards" feature says somethingto the effect "cannot reach...try again later" and the "profile" menu item kicks me out every time. I've likely accumulated enough points to eat free for a month..

Worst experience using an app ever! I attempted to use the contact option to suggest they offer a swap on a menu item and once I entered what country I'm in, I was unable to enter anymore info. Then, when I selected the help option from the drop down menu, I was redirected to the menu page, my location had changed, and I was somehow logged out of the app. The app definitely needs some serious work. Guess I won't be ordering from this restaurant, ever!
