Looks nice but terrible user experience. You can't view details on your rewards like what they actually are and when they expire. Also for some reason I can't apply my BOGO reward even when I have 2 creations on my cart. Finally the menu interface is bad. Each menu section is a narrow row you have to swipe through. You can't expand the section to get a better view of the options.

The interface is not user friendly and has very little functionality. Took me awhile to figure out how to customize an order. It's definitely not intuitive even for the most tech savvy person. I really only wanted the app in order to track my rewards points and after a month of use still don't understand how to track my rewards or see IF I'm even earning points. The app needs a complete and total redo. Scratch and start over.

The updated app is "prettier" and all, but it's so much worse. My email just refuses to work and it says it's an invalid account when I try to reset it. But when I try to sign up, it says that email is already in use. And when I did try to order something as a guest, the special request field was just straight up gone. And some of the pre-made ones were missing. They get 2 stars instead of 1 only because the design is better.
