It's very useful. The ability to contact your doctor, schedule appointments, and renew prescriptions is great. But, it lost all of the history I had entered months after entering it. The docs don't seem to need it anyway. They have it. I had to uninstall and reinstall when it stopped booting up automatically. IMPORTANT, the system does not allow screenshots so if your doctor replies to a question, take a pic with someone else's phone. Often, those replies disappear after you leave the app.

This app is always glitching. The pre-check ins freeze up, they say there's issues try again later. Now they have a two-step check in, its great security because it NEVER sends it to my phone. That's fine I'll just click on the "skip this step from now on" button, except that doesn't work either and though I've had it checked it asks me every time to put in a code. It also asks me if I want to save my password EVERY time even though I've already clicked yes and save as well which is annoying.

I really like this app, because the potential is there. However, it doesn't provide the options for adding information that I believe the desktop website has, like adding and editing my medical history. I have a lot of history to add, but it's all from when I lived in different states and had different coverage with different companies, so it's not just a matter of connecting OhioHealth history. It is far superior to the equivalent in Indiana (IU Health) which takes weeks/months to provide info.
