Noupia: Virtual Card

Unfortunately, since after the recent update, I have had two new problems with the noupia app. 1. The app barely opens. after inserting password, it seems to freeze on that page like forever. 2. The last time I succeeded to get into the app last night, the cards button seemed not to work. Every other button opened the corresponding page except the card buttons which seemed inactive. As it stands now, I'm stuck on the login page, unable to access the app. Need this fixed soon enough.

They are very slow reacting, their customer service worse, they are always offline. Their Visa card is none of use, even when funded the transaction can't be undertaken. Charges and fees at every steps to end up not be able to do what you bought it for. I don't recommend it for any young entrepreneur using it. Please it's very important to read the rating of an app before using it, don't do the same mistake we did...

I'm pleased with the experience. Giving me the opportunity to have a Credit card means I can make online payments seamlessly. Also the app gives me means to save my money. Like some virtual piggy bank. However, sometimes the unavailability of the Credit card is frustrating.
