Good service, actually excellent but you sometimes don't get charged for the same amount you bought, I'd guess 30% of the time you need to get them to correct something, which they are good at correction but it's a hassle. The actual app is slow and lags especially when buying multiple of 1 item. Sometimes you can keep a filled basket other times not

Abysmal app and service experience The stock tracking for the items is so bad that almost every order placed has some (if not all) items that are out of stock. Then the app forces you to either choose alternative suggestions that have nothing to do with the ordered item (like offering sour cream in place of cottage cheese) or cancel only that item from the order. Then you go place another order from another store for the missing items only to have that order also have items out of stock.

i am using this app for supermarket orders and facing several issues: 1. The basket gets cleared after some time for no reason, i have to redo my order all over again 2. the app doesn't allow to prepare a basket in advance, only when the store is open 3. the app doesn't have the option to reoder or save favorite product, each time i have to build a whole order from scratch. i've done as suggested (force stop,uninstall,install again) but nothing. how is that supposed to solve for the issues

Hala Safaa, we apologize about that, you can enter the phone settings, then the settings of the applications, and choose "Applications" You will find the application from among the applications on the phone, choose it, and then choose "Force stop" then "Uninstall" then download the application again from the store.
