Drains battery a lot. There are serious delays with motion detection and sound. Cuts quite often and often takes a very long time to connect. The "switch on" sound totally unnecessary, especially in a baby room. Big plus for the video quality and night vision, also in great quality. I bought it because it can be run without registering and connecting to external servers. Edit: Now led light and start up sound can be enabled/disabled via app:) Fantastic!Can you add "always on top" option too pls?

I apologize for the app experience. Motion Detection can be modified under "Detection" in the app. Currently, our team is looking into the "two-way" talk delay issue. So badly intermittent with Alexa echo show. Have contacted nooie numerous times, each time it is resolved, kind of, and then it happens again, so given up with that now. Multi-feed system doesn't give the option for sound. We use these as baby monitors, so we need sound to hear our kids at night. No good to me if I can't hear them. I understand for other uses you won't need sound, but at least give the option to have it, especially when advertised as baby monitor, yet you can't hear two cameras.

Smart plugs NSP21 were both working fine and linked to Alexa until today. Now showing as unresponsive. Tried to reset both plugs and they still won't connect to Alexa. Plugs and Alexa are on same network and WiFi speed is fine. Plugs can still be controlled by Nooie app but not by Alexa. I believe there's been a firmware update tonight so not sure if this is the issue. Live chat feature in app was useless as it just kept repeating the same response no matter how I rephrased my question.
