Still feels like a beta version with how the app hasn't got everything integrated (such as the rewards section), and has no auto functions, like being able to get through the manual selections for each item scanned. I have been patient for the achievements section to update for weeks upon months now with no luck, which is disappointing because I've been looking forward to see my progress over time.

No longer works. It has always been quite clunky and hangs in places but today it keeps hanging. So I uninstalled and reinstalled and now I can't get past putting in the texted security number. It just hangs with a darkened screen and the Nielsen logo. So I can't scan my shopping for the week. And now not working again 11am 20 April 2024

Since a recent upgrade, it had just become even more clunky to use and now it won't work at all. Would get stuck on loading the stores screen (which I'd then not bother scanning and forget to go back) so I reinstalled it yesterday for it now to get an error when trying to login. Have emailed support so hopefully fixed soon but the whole app just makes scanning an extra effort it shouldn't be. And agree re the rewards portal - not available on the app and requires more OTP/MFA than my bank.
