Nielsen is a great company and glad I have been able to be a part of it. But they call a lot; when meter isn't sending data, because it is dead or for whatever reason not connecting, I thought the app would make it always work through my phone so didn't need the home hub to send data but it has helped some but not all the way. I understand them reaching out when needed with $ involved, but still it's excessive. I use my meter as a watch and love the fact it has my name on it.

Got new meter. I plugged it in to charge it as the instructions stated. It promptly deactivated the connection of my old meter. I then installed the new app. All sorts of intrusive permissions required. App had trouble connecting to new meter. And erased all my points and July 4th Sweepstake entries for this week. Frustrating they would send a new meter out during the middle of a sweepstakes giveaway when I'm trying to earn entries. Unnecessarily more complicated. Will probably quit the program

The app constantly kicks me out every other month. Now, it will not allow me to log in at all, even though i know my credentials are correct. It is incredibly frustrating to log in every other month. I am just waiting for a call from the company to help remedy this situation
