Misses calls (doesn't ring). Sometimes doesn't connect when you take calls and takes ages to list calls in History. No full release notes for Android. Poor support (sent multiple call examples, they can "never" find, reproduce, or fix anything, they ask multiple questions, request you disable phone features in vain, close tickets without a fix, then open new ones and ask everything again when you say it persists). Admin portal doesn't support mobile devices, must connect to a PC to make changes.

Awful As an app to interface between my office telephone and mobile, it just does not work reliably. More often than not, the app does not let me know someone is calling, no prompts or notifications. Yet without fail once the caller has hung up, I get a missed call notification. Calling seemingly works fine, but receiving calls is appalling.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra running Android v12 and Cloudya no longer shows a full screen with who is calling when the phone is locked: I have to type in password/PIN every time to see who's calling and to answer call - if I get phone unlocked in time... Looks like the app is missing a "Full Screen Intent Notification" permission in the manifest. Built-in phone and WhatsApp etc. all work as expected and show the full screen notification with who is calling and allowing the call to be answered/declined. Still cannot adjust call volume despite using latest version. Have to keep uninstalling and re-installing as keep losing settings and stops ringing for incoming calls. Not good really.
