The points system doesn't really work. Referred several friends, never got the points for it. And the app really doesn't offer much in terms of functionality. As some other reviews have said, the only real use this app has is the scanner. Of it weren't for the fact that my friends go to this gym I would immediately change to a competitor.

I used to have a FW membership. I signed up again this week with the same email, but couldn't access the app. I went to the gym and was told I could either use a different email address or else I was not getting into the app, with no exceptions. I cancelled my membership and signed up at a competitor 3 blocks away. A company of this size really needs to offer a working product. I tried to reach head office for assistance but was told they don't have a phone number.

this is the worst app. it has lots of glitches. it gives wrong scores and misleading info at the challenges. This app collects data and sell it the add Sponsors. The winners of any challenge should be revealed so that everyone knows it's genuine. What's the point of points system? When I redeem something, I have to wait 5 months to get it ( are you serious). If you can't keep up with the demand, please shut it down..
