I use five different apps to listen to audiobooks, but this one is used specifically to listen to Advanced Reader Copy audiobooks. Here's a few reasons I find this app truly frustraing... If I pause my book for longer, I can't just hit play to start it back up; I have to go back and reopen the book. Books I have downloaded frequently disappear from my shelf making it impossible for me to listen and review the books I've commited to reviewing. The speed settings are extremely limited.

Could use some work. I personally would suggest being able to sort my Shelf by Give Feedback and have it automatically sort by when the books will be archived. This way I can better prioritize what to read next withoit having to tap on every book and try to remember the dates. At the very least, maybe put the Archiving date for each book on the list (if you can't sort). I can't seem to browse on the app like I do on my browser. Browser is definitely better for looking for new books to add.

2024: It's not nearly as unusable as it was on release. Still, some books don't download and streaming is a miserable and inconsistent experience. How the hell do I review a book I can't listen to? Even when it does download and play, I can't control playback with my headphones. It will continue if I push play like 10s after I pause it. Any longer and I have to reopen the app to continue playing. I am so close to just exporting the audiobooks to my own player as convoluted as that would be.
