It is a blast and I genuinely really love it and am very close to beating it. However, I'm kinda disappointed that the non special addition one has more work in it that this one doesn't have. I'm very tempted to just get the non special one and then pay for no ads so I can play all the extra content that this one doesn't even have. If you can just do the bare minimum of moving events to this one, that would be awesome. But otherwise you're restricting us to pay more for the other one.

Been playing for years, don't know if there was ever a shadow fighter 1 but I've played 2,3, and now 4. Playing 4 and coming back to 2 is a shock to the system. The button layout could b bigger. The hit box when fighting could be better, there's times wen im doing a combo and a person bounces off the wall and now I can't touch them but my animation still plays out so my opponent jus cracks me in the face. At the end of the day it's good for wat it is and 4 is great.

The game offers a solid experience, but falls short compared to the original Shadow Fight 2 in terms of management. Progress isn't cross-compatible between games, which can be frustrating for dedicated players. While it's ad-free, the special edition lacks the depth of content found in the original, eventually becoming repetitive. Despite fewer ads, obtaining story-limited weapons like 'Butcher's Wife' is difficult especially when special events lock map modes to earn Gems or Gold.
