I have been with Neat for years. I loved the legacy desktop scanner but reluctantly went to the cloud when they said legacy was no longer supported. When the software first went to the cloud it was great - basically had all the features of desktop plus the added convienence of snapping a pic in the app and being able to email receipts. Well every year since 2018 it has been going downhill. They keep removing features and now the monile app will allow only 1 upload before having to restart. Bad!

We greatly apologize for any inconvenience while using the mobile application. The scanning process is typically seamless. Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile application to help resolve the issue. As a work around, have you tried uploading your items directly to the online application as well?

Bring Back the Old App!!! Haven't gotten this App to work for me at all. I would still be using the old one if I could load it on my new phone. It just spins on "UPLOADING 100%" when adding a new receipt. Doesn't move past it. Crashes the App when you try to take a pic with 2 receipts in the shot. The filters for sorting the File Cabinet don't work. I have been using Neat for about 15 yrs. when you traveled with your own scanner. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra with the latest software and firmware.

Please try to close out the app entirely and relaunch if your screen is continuously loading and let us know if that helps.

Too many fields are unavailable in the new app. Tax is gone, and none of the products handles multiple taxes right. So now I get use the mobile to scan and the desktop to fix for nearly every receipt. The auto capture feature seems like a good idea, but it always takes it at the wrong time, and the item is skewed. I get releasing a totally new app, but can you make it at least feature complete with the one it's meant to replace? Old app is now disabled, so expect to use both the mobile and the website to ensure your documents are accurate.
