3/22/24: It's been 1.5 years and I still can't use the "Take Photo" button on the app for my claim... š” 10/25/22: Very good foundation but one bug to fix! I cannot submit new claims successfully through the app. The Take Picture/Upload Photo button will not work by prompting going into the phone folder, so I can't attach my invoices to the claim. Have to get on mobile browser to do it. Everything else has been really easy though! (**edit: This is for the pet insurance claims, to clarify!)

I can try and get things done in the app but really it's worse than the website experience. Buggy authentication, a half-baked in-app browser experience, and somehow at one point I even got a black screen with an exception presented in JSON format! Seriously, just stick with the website, folks. Your sanity will thank me for it.

Poor user experience. I keep getting errors that my session has expired. Also, some pages are wider than my mobile device's screen resolution, and I need to keep scrolling side-to-side on order to read them. I found one page that not only was too wide, but used only about a third of my device screen's vertical resolution, making me not only need to scroll side-to-side, but the also scroll down in order to read the next section.
