Head unit sucks and the app does too. Head unit failed after 3 months, powers on but no screen. Emailed jensen, no response. OM says to reset unit but doesn't say how. I tried the app to se if I could reset unit, but no. It doesn't come up either. Jensen can suck it.

I just got my radio installed and can't even use the app.wont even open up so what's the point in this app if we can't use it.fix the app please.

The app never opens and then I try to open, my radio keeps shutting down. That is the only time my radio shuts down.
