So far, it isn't completely accurate. There are pieces of my information that have been breached that show up on credit karma dark web scan but not this one or experian and there are several on experian dark web scan that don't show up on this one or credit karma but there are a few on this scan that don't show up on either of the other two.

Was told by the monitoring company to download and use app to work with them due to issues caused by breaches. Can't log in, used suggestions and still nothing. So much unnecessary frustration in an already frustrating situation.

App is a joke. Cant sign in. Say password or email is bad after changing multiple times. Makes me wounder about the monitoring. I have a alert and cant check it. Or take hours on a phone fixing it.

Sorry you are having difficulty with our app! Please try logging into your account via a web browser at app.myidcare.com/login. Once you have activated your credit monitoring services you should be able to log in via our mobile app. If you still have problems please contact our customer support team at 1-800-939-4170.
