The MyHotelTeam® mobile application provides on the go access to view current schedules, time cards, and time off requests.

HOME PAGE
Immediately see your schedule for today and the next three days.

SCHEDULE
View your schedule for the week as soon as it’s published by the hotel.

TIMECARD
View the current week’s daily hours and a summary of hours so far. Pay Rate items, like wages and tips, are not included.

TIME OFF
Make requests for time off as soon as you know you need off. View any pending, approved, and denied requests.

AVAILABILITY
Input requests for Availability preferences as you know your ongoing schedule availability.

Note: Some hotels choose to remove the Timecard, Time Off, or Availability pages from their employee access. If you have any questions about this, ask your manager or supervisor.

What an terrible app. It's great to get schedule updates so quickly, until it randomly forgets your password and locks you out. Howblong will your password last? Totally random. 6 months? 2 weeks? It's totally random. (I use copy paste, so I'm nit putting it in wrong)

Hello! We are sorry you ran into a problem using the app. A new version of app, 3.17.2, is available. We fixed the password reset and login issue. Download the newest app version and try again. Your session should last around 60 days. Reach out to support@myhotelteam.com with details if you run into any problems.

The app is generally good. It will show you your schedule, give reminders, and alert users to new schedules being published. It also has an interface to allow users to update availability, request and manage time off/PTO, view and volunteer for open shifts, and to view their clock hours. Only major improvements I would suggest are a way to export your schedule to the Google/Outlook/Apple calendar apps, and a way to view the whole department's schedules.

We recently put out an update (v3.3.20) that allows the hotel to turn on viewing the schedule for the entire hotel as well as your own schedule. If you would like your hotel to turn this on for you, please reach out to your manager! Thank you for the feedback regarding the calendar apps, we've forwarded the feedback to the team.

How do you view the Whole schedule? On any other scheduling app I have used in the past, We can all see who is working what day and shift. Quite convenient if you need a shift covered/switch. I do not see Anything on this app that applies to that. I am only able to see my schedule and timecard.
