Complete waste of time and money. The app works similarly to others: origin, destination, and budget. Then you pay and, after that, it searches for a driver to accept the ride... if any. That is, you could lose your money (not refundable) and wait for your cab forever. I retried and retried and retried without luck. Imagine you're going to the airport. Fortunately, Uber operates in Manama at lower rates. EDIT: confirmed not refundability, see 'About wallet' conditions.

We don't charge for non taken bookings (please call us 1666 1666 ). As for availability it depends on traffic status and location for current (now) bookings. As for important trips we always recommend passengers to set booking in advance which we guarantee availability plus drivers will NEVER cancell taken booking once assigned like other apps

Yesterday, I booked a Taxi through the app, and the driver then called, telling me that he'll arrive in 15 minutes. Time passed, called the driver, no answer, hung up, 3rd time he answered, claiming that his boss told him to leave this and another one will come, he said he will call them, I called them and the guy was rolling me he will find me a Taxi and will call me back regarding the cancelation of my ride WITHOUT informing me. Yet, no Taxi and no call back, I'm deleting this useless app

I'v been using Bahrain taxi app for all my travels when i need a taxi, it works great for me , user friendly, simple , easy to use and very reliable , the best taxi app in Bahrain among all other apps. thanks for adding credit card payment and I wish if to see debit cards and Benefit pay added as well. generally great and outstanding experience , highly recommended

In the latest release, we've fixed critical and minor bugs identified in the previous version. Taking into account user feedback, we've refined visual elements and user interaction flows for a more intuitive and visually appealing experience. We've also improved load times and responsiveness - the app is now quicker across various devices.
