Update: Still useless. I don't see these screen shots or have any features as shown here on the launch page. I see only 2 screens, a welcome screen, and another with my name and build number. I have no settings, or anything. The ticket is still open and unresolved and tech wants to close the ticket unresolved. Dissatisfied. Doesn't sync with my authorization like the previous version. I asked for help 3 days ago and still don't have any upcoming trips showing. I expect improvements ASAP.

The "chat with agent" disconnects every time I put the app in the background, every time the screen locks, every time I switch app...I always have to start a chat from scratch. Unusable.

Pathetic ui - in mobile app shows desktop like screen when you try to book. Half the screen is not visible, impossible to book flight.
