usually good, but for some flipping reason despite the app being up to date keeps showing no trains between stations when I go to buy tickets (this isn't me choosing incorrect stations to travel between, its ones I've previously bought tickets between. I'm going through the 'previous' tab.) the limited transfers of the app between different devices is frustrating- better hope you don't need to use a temp device due to it being in the shop, or need to reset your device, because that counts.

It is far more accurate than using any map app as of late to plan trips, day or night, using public transit and a really easy way to distinguish which tickets you need to purchase for your trip and purchasing it securely without having to to through a third party payment app who have been limiting their services since September 2023. Hoping it will eventually develop the ability to scan MetroCards with the camera app and refill them via the same process. Thank you!

The MTA TrainTime app is honestly one of the best public transportation dashboards there is. Everything is very well designed, and does exactly what it is supposed to do. Excellent uptime, reliable times, and the interface is intuitive. Frankly it's not everyday that an app is this well done. Great work.
