I ordered a duplicate ID since my was lost/stolen and it was such a smooth experience! It was quick, easy to understand, clear and precise and it took me less than 5 minutes to complete. Very please with the app handling so far. However, either it is misadvertised or I was charged incorrectly because it says a duplicate costs $14. Then underneath that it says there is no charge for a duplicate if the age of 17 or OLDER. (Which is most of us) and then it still charged me the $14 plus the $3 fee.

Absolutely useless. This useless app tells me to "contact the DMV or schedule an appointment." I call and their phone system is broken. The website location finder is broken. Manually enter the location to set an appointment and EVERY location says "there are no days available for an appointment at this location." Yet you're supposed to get an appointment in order to get or renew a license or ID. So it's all literally useless.

"Chatbox" format not very user friendly. I would much rather just have a form I can fill out. There was an error where my text wasn't showing in a box and when I misspelled my name because I didn't see it register it I had to start over to correct it. Seems about right for the government to make you use a poorly designed app when the easier and cheaper solution would be just an online form.
