For android the app works sporadically. Needed to uninstall and reinstall but still can't log in because it's not showing any hotel. Very frustrating. They don't give out paper maps but without the app it's difficult to navigate a huge property. Missed out on dinner reservations. Please fix this asap. My husband was having issues on apple phone as well.

Edited 2/23/24: The app starting working again after 2 days I was back in. However, the calendar of activities wasn't coming up. Overall - when all the function work this can be a great app. Keep working on it! I would like to see the option to schedule room service (or at least breakfast) and also to just order coffee if I wanted, that would be nice! *OLD Review* This won't go past the "enter hotel, name and room. It crashes. I can't select a hotel. Rebooted 10 times.

Update from 02/24, back in DR again, works well. We get notifications and lists of our restaurant reservations, what would really help would be a link from the reservation to where the restaurant is located. Update 04/22 from Dominican Republic, app is working fine now except that our dinner reservations do not appear. Very helpful and useful. No longer works, either gives a java socket timeout when signing into the room, or spins without making any connection. Galaxy s10
