Mitsubishi Connect is an innovative platform of services that provide vehicle owners with a safe, secure, and convenient driving experience. The My Mitsubishi Connect Mobile Application allows users to register and access the Mitsubishi Connect services. This includes the ability to request remote commands to your vehicle such as remote start, door lock/unlock, horn, lights, schedule dealer services, car finder, and parental controls. Plug In Hybrid Electric Vehicle services include ability to view charging status, manage charging schedules and settings. The mobile app also allows users to manage their account settings and notifications, as well as to contact Customer Care for inquiries on the Mitsubishi Connect Safeguard and Remote Service Packages.

DO NOT TRUST IT! We were locked out of our car because it apparently went off-line. Have had Ford sync for years,it has never failed once, so I assumed this was the same level of dependability. Very wrong it's about a 50/50 chance if it works. Update: after working with customer service and the dealership I can say this app is a disappointment on most every level. It is such a let down that I would even rethink this car purchase if I had it to do over .

You get the app for free for a year then you have to pay a subscription fee. You have to use the app to use the auto starter! It takes too long to open the app, wait for it and then 8 out of 10 times it buffers then says it has a problem and won't work. It won't work if you try again and all that 12 feet from the car. Auto starter should be a button on the key which would take seconds, but the auto starter is unusable in an app. There is no link to support or number to call for help.

We've only had the car for 24 hours and can already tell that we will NOT be renewing the subscription when the 2 year promotional period expires. It's irritating that I cannot control the temp, but it's unacceptable that the remote start has only worked on the 1st attempt 1 time. We've tried in several locations where service is excellent and continue getting error codes. Do better with your app Mitsubishi otherwise no one will use it.
