About this app

The Mitel® MiCollab® Mobile Client has been completely redesigned. The mobile-first approach was developed from the ground up to be used on your Android device. It extends your office experience to any location. Make phone calls, search your corporate directory, IM contacts, check corporate voice mail, change your status, and more, directly from your Android device.

Increase the speed of decision making within your organization by using the MiCollab Mobile Client to communicate more efficiently with colleagues partners and customers.

The MiCollab Mobile Client lets you:
• Create a list of favorite contacts, speed dial numbers and websites you can access in a flash
• Search corporate contacts, see who is available, and choose how to contact them using voice, IM, video, or email
• Receive, place, and hand-off voice calls to/from the MiCollab Mobile Client SIP Softphone over Wi-Fi® or 4G/5G networks
• View your incoming, outgoing and missed call history for your office extension
• Access visual voice mail for your office extension and manage messages by preference rather than sequence
• Manage and automatically update your status and call-routing preferences based on your location or time of day

The MiCollab Mobile Client for Android works with Mitel MiCollab Server 9.6 (or higher) Unified Communication and Collaboration platform. Contact your IT manager or Mitel representative for more information.

Works great for knowing who is calling you from the office and for direct extension dials. Frustrating that calls are randomly disconnected although it shows the call time still going, neither person can hear the other and after waiting awhile it then hangs up. Missing calls from coworkers (and your boss) just to receive a notification of a missed call but it never actually rang!

Calls are consistently dropped and I cannot even hang up thosecall. It shows the call time continuing but the call is deas. When given the soft phone or native phone option, while we have been given the direction to use soft phone, I receive an error saying it is not working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Very, very unreliable. There are other improvements, as others have stated, that could be made, but I would give it 4 stars if it would just work properly for incoming/outgoing calls.

Takes control of volume so you can't change the volume from the side buttons. Often glitches out so you can't answer a call while in soft phone mode. Often drops voice completely so you cannot hear the caller and they can't hear you. Often misses calls entirely, but then notifies you that you missed it (happens even with the app open). All of these issues are temporarily fixed by restarting your phone, but you won't know when it's bugged out again until you've missed a call.
