About this app

With Miralix Go, you can take your business phone in your pocket and answer queue calls received via the Miralix Contact Center. This allows you to contribute to your workplace's customer service, no matter where you are.

With Miralix Go you get the opportunity to:
• see your colleagues' availability via status from phone, mobile, Microsoft Teams, calendar, etc. if they have status view enabled. The calendar view shows appointments right now and several days ahead.

• find contact information for your colleagues - including i.a. name, department and phone number - quickly via the integrated phonebook.

• divert calls received via the Contact Center or softphone.

• answer queue calls from multiple phone queues.

• get a queue overview and see information about the telephone queues you participate in. You can see the number of agents logged in; how many calls are waiting; how long the average queue time is and how many calls there are, respectively. are treated and untreated.

• see the name of the person calling you. It is possible for all contacts created in your Contact Center's database, ie. both company contacts and external company contacts such as partners or suppliers.

• use the app with a softphone so that you can also make calls via WIFI or a data connection.

• control which number is displayed to the recipient via role dials when you as an agent make outgoing calls.

• add, edit and delete private company contacts.

• insert and remove notes, e.g. at breaks.

• use the built-in number block for calls, so that all call handling takes place directly in the app, if you use a softphone.

Note: Using the app requires that you have a login to a Miralix Contact Center solution through your workplace.
