I have a samsung galaxy S24 Ultra and top of the line aids. The App needs serious work. It either doesn't connect.. " try again" or it takes a long time to connect. It doesn't pair easily, unless you use the charger to reset. I am not able to save custom settings by name.. and for listening to music, they really are very poor quality .. no bass, no depth of sound.. equalizer does not help.. sounds tin canish..

I'm new to using hearing aids and still becoming acclimated. The sound seems to vary between artificial and natural. Of course everything seems loud right now and I find that the restaurant setting at a lower volume keeps this experience from being too overwhelming. I absolutely love the Bluetooth feature that has the hearing aids act as earbuds when listening to my cellphone. One problem is the Bluetooth connection disrupts a phone call when I hand my phone to someone to talk and walk away.

The hearing aids worked good, however, the app is no good. Continually lost connection to aids. If you go into an environment where you need to adjust them, good luck. I had to Uninstall the app and reinstall in order to get them to reconnect. There are a lot of reviews saying the same thing. ME replies back to call them. Well I did, 2 times 4 days apart. Both times got vm and never a returned call. Lucky for me I was still in my trial period, so I just returned them. I will try a different co.
