I love this app. The sessions are easy to listen to and very relaxing. I have been listening to one each night as I lay down for bed and I have been sleeping better, and then the next day I feel the message working, I have significantly reduced my intake of "junk food" since starting with the app. I will naturally find myself passing over the bad things for healthier options, without conscious thought involved. I feel this app will be a fantastic tool as I continue to work on my weight loss journey. Highly recommended

This app is really great. It is so calming and it helps get you in a better mindset to start not only losing weight, but to just making better choices. There are sessions for whatever you need help with: eating less, eating better things, or just becoming more active. It slows you down and you really think about things before making unhealthy decisions. I would really recommend this app for anyone who has struggled with their weight. it is worth it.

The most recent update made a lot of little improvements to the layout, giving it a more relaxed impact and letting the audio do most of the heavy lifting. The narrator's voice is relaxing and well-paced. For future updates, soft background music within the audio might assist listeners with noise cancellation if they cannot find the most ideal listening space.
