This app glitched out and wouldn't allow me to use my billing address and instead defaulted to my mailing address despite me checking the box for a different billing address even though I added it. Then it gave me no option to cancel or even fix the billing address. So that order in stuck processing and will not go through. I had to complete another order in browser and had zero problems. Thought the app would be easier, turns out it was not.

Thanks for your feedback. The solution is as follows: When entering to create an order, there is a special page to select different billing addresses and shipping addresses. I love shopping from Miccostumes. I prefer browsing outfits/accessories through the app and then purchasing through your computer. You can receive emails from support when they check to make sure everything is correct before they send out your items and shipping information. So far, I've bought Resident Evil, Dragon ball Z, Street Fighter, etc. I haven't had one complaint to say about this store, and everything has been perfect. The customer service is also helpful and patient 😊

These guys are amazing! I ordered my costume (dark link) in Large, as I went by the size table provided. When I got my costume it was actually too small. So I contacted miccostumes and asked if I could return it for and XL. they got back to me a lot faster than I expected! And they helped me with every question I had! And sent me my XL costume once they got my old one back in the mail.(I had to pay shipping to send it back). Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! Thank you!
