6 Approvals are currently applicable for businesses who are enrolled in Dual Authorization, where two business users are required to complete certain transactions (one initiator and one approver).

This rating is for the new version. It downloaded very seamlessly and replace the old version. I particularly like that I can set up custom alerts and they can be delivered anywhere I want, via push, email or mobile message. The app's a bit slower but it's totally understandable given what you're doing. I'm happy. In fact I didn't have any problems with the old app like the other folks that I've been reading do. Way to do it right Zions! Later.

App consistently takes 60-80 seconds to load and display the login screen, where I have to enter a pin or account password. There is NO option to use biometrics at all. Every single other financial institution I have accounts at have me use biometrics alone or with a pin. No biometrics automatically makes this app less secure in the event of a phone hack or physical access. In addition, the "are you still there?" notification is really annoying and still logs me out even when answering yes.

The old version was great but this update is horrible. I just want to transfer money between my own accounts. It shouldn't be hard. It shouldn't require opening my browser. And I have to type in my full username and password just to see my balance on my phone, instead of just the pin the view (and the username/password to do anything, which was totally reasonable). Maybe it's more secure or something now, but it's so secure not even I can use it.
