Horrible, Both my husband and I have it set up to have our username saved so all we have to do is put in our password, and it always logs us all the way out to where we have to reput our usernames, select to save username, and re enroll our phone numbers. It does this to us at least 4 to 5x in one day. When it's not doing that it's telling me the network is not available. When it does decide to work properly it's great, but this is very seldom.

I get a constant network error and can't use the app anymore now. Not that it makes much difference since the app barely worked as it was. Fingerprint sign on is an option but doesn't work anymore, notifications come either late or repeat for days, I constantly have to enter security questions that I didn't select that sometimes tell me I'm wrong, oh and it asks for my phone number to enroll nearly every time. Only good for quickly seeing my balance and last few transactions.

I used the old version and liked it. The new version with all these useless verfication questions is terrible. I installed it, gave it a test run and now it is unistalled. Usability is a nightmare, who ever designed it has still to learn how to create a user friendly application. Did this app undergo any user acceptance testing at all? Back to do electronic banking from the PC. The check deposit feature is useless. The app takes the front and back pictures always blurry and then rejects the deposit. Taking the pictures without the app, they are sharp and crisp. Disappointing.
