ProFit ! is your new sports coach! His goal is to follow you during your weight training program, with or without equipment. Everything is recorded in your workout log, a real weight training log.
Add your own bodybuilding exercises, or choose an exercise among those already present in the application! More than 130 exercises already integrated!

YOUR WEIGHT LIFTING PROGRAM TRACKER
• Reps, loads, rest times setup for each exercise in your weight training program.
• Indicate your performance and compare it to your objectives.
• Get a view of your performance from the previous session
• Built-in stopwatch in the application for your rest times and timers
• Exercises can be skipped if you don't feel like doing them…
• ... But if you are in shape, add bonus rounds during the session!
• Replace your exercise by another one if your machine is taken!

You can create your own workouts, using exercises built into the application or creating your own! You can even add a personalized photo for each exercise. Some basic sessions are already included for free, for example a weight training session without equipment or an ab workout! For upper and lower body.
Weight training programs can be adapted for beginners or experienced people.
The application has more than 130 weight training exercises, cardio training, body weight exercises and without equipment! Accompanied by instructions for execution, any beginner in weight training can learn the movements.

I've tried a lot of different apps and haven't been impressed. However this app almost fits exactly what I want in terms of creating custom workouts from programs I've already paid for that are in pdf format etc. It allows me to upload images of the exercise form as well as track exactly what I need to progress on from week to week. The only feature I'd like to see is a web portal to enable creating exercises and workouts more efficiently. I find creating/copying out a whole program from scratch on a smartphone to be a long and cumbersome process. Having said that once that's done its very very good. The ability to create supersets, giant sets etc is very well designed. Got the lifetime subscription, happy customer.

This is great!! I have been searching for a workout log for the past year. I have tried fifteen or twenty. This is by far the best. It has everything I need with none of the clutter bs. I also appreciate that the free version is fully usable, and purchased the pro version to support the developer. My only suggestion to make the app perfect would be the option to set the reps target as "to failure". I currently use 999 to represent this.

Being able to setup different routines in this app is great however there is no way to archive workouts that are not being used regularly. The way its timer works, keeps you going so that you don't fall behind in your routine. Adding of your own exercises, no matter what they may be is top-of-class and well implemented. This app still does not properly track cardio such as stationary bike or treadmill - it uses the same screen as for weights which is not good.
