Numbers are the best way to measure anything tangibly. This is the first breathing app I've seen that has a lot of numbers and the progress monitor is also amazing. The user experience is pretty neat and they also have dark mode, a staple for state of art for UI these days. I cross checked the readings here with a pulse meter and the readings are accurate. The multitude of options that are available to practice breathing excercises is a testimony to the work that's been put in.

I really like this app! It has many different kind of breathing and mantra for different experience levels. I really recommend it to anyone! Little improvement I could suggest is to have the sound volume going down at the end of each practice - at the moment there's a distint cut. But anyway - amazing app!

Wonderful app helps you calm your mind, get energy etc helps to make a regular habit I'm still in basic version and happy about it sure will go for the subscription to explore more . Heart rate readings etc helps to know your current state and focus what to do in taking care of our health.
