A simple and easy use app to manage files on your android device over wifi. Avoid using USB cables to transfer files, movies, photos and songs from your device to laptops/PCs/Macs and other android devices.
Key features:
1. Provides an easy to use web interface to transfer files to/from your android phone/tablet to other devices/laptops/PCs
2. Simple and easy to use.
3. Does not use internet data. All transfers are done over WiFi network.
4. Transfer files over Wifi home/office network or over wifi-tethered network (wireless AP)
5. Drop in replacement for Xender, Shareit, Sharekaro etc...
6. Use mobile hotspot. A WiFi router is not needed.
7. Minimal permissions to be granted to app like permission to read/write files.

Works fine. Priced right. Serice shares internal storage by default. It's possible to access CF card via setting. Web browser based, so it downloads to your browser's download folder. I'm deducting one star because one can only download one file at a time, but that may be a technical limitation of being browser based and not having a desktop clients.

The number of simultaneous downloads is limited by the client browser and this limit varies browser to browser. Please let us know the browser (and desktop operating system) you are using. We might be able to find a solution

Very handy..! This sharing app is very suitable to be used with Chromebooks. As Chromebooks does not have hotspot capability, Nearby Share fallbacks on Bluetooth while sending from Chromebook. This app creates WiFi Direct connection with web based interface to allow the upload and folder creation capability. That saved my life..!

This might work for savants or programmers, or maybe it just doesn't work. I could not get it to work on my otherwise exceptional Kyocera DuraForce Pro II. Samsung software often does not work on the Kyocera - but the phone is all business, and probably bullet proof, so I'm not ditching this phone for Bluetooth file sharing.
