Horrible way to ask a player to verify their age. Clicking the back button on your date of birth verification step from 2003 to 1972 is not feasible, and frankly lost this player from signing up. Both the desktop and app version make you do the same. 41 years x 12 clicks is ridiculous to verify an age. Much easier ways to get that accomplished.

I don't like the new scan ticket function. I prefer immediate feedback on the results, while I'm holding the ticket in my hand, so I can throw it in the trash immediately, rather than hitting submit and getting results from multiple tickets, where I have to look at serial numbers to figure out which one won or lost. Seems like you should check with the users before making major changes like this.

In general, I like the app. I'm happy to not have to go to a retailer to see if a ticket is a winner. I love the little extra games too. The reason for my four star review instead of five is that for the draw tickets, once I scan it to see if it's a winner, I rarely can get it to scan for the Players Club. When I try to manually type this info in, some of the letters repeat which makes it time-consuming and annoying to type in all the information.
