The entirety of this system DESPERATELY needs to be updated. The app is available as a convenience, yet it never works. Caregivers try to be responsible, professional, and compliant but struggle because of this broken system. I could go on and on about how outdated and non user friendly MC is, causing many needless alerts and errors. We are caring for human beings. THERE IS NO ROOM FOR NEEDLESS ERROR! Scheduling software is VERY outdated, non user friendly. PLS FIX YOUR SYSTEM AND SOFTWARE!!!!!

This worked okay at first. But then a few months ago when I had to change my password again something malfunctioned. Now whenever I attempt to login it sends me to the actual website. Where, when I put in my username it gives me an error message. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it, but it's still doing the same thing. My boss was confused too. I don't know how to fix the problem so it's been almost three months since I've been paid.

If I could give this app negative starts I would. This app has so many issues, everyone I have talked to at my workplace has had multiple issues with it. This app is so slow it sometimes takes over five minutes to check the list. This app has even made me late to work with syncing issues, it will say I have no clients when I do on the schedulers' end. I contacted customer support, they told me it "must be your phone," and seemed to ignore me when I told them of other's issues as well.
