Just created an account earlier today to help facilitate paying my bill while my new distributor is starting up, and I can already not access or change account information, pay bills, or view the catalog. My account was fully registered, but the app now says I need to finish registration, but saves nothing. The catalog crashes after scrolling a full page, so I can't even use the app with or without an account. Update: can no longer log in, also cannot delete my account. Worse by the minute!

Update #2, the app is really getting bad, now you can't access the catalog. This app is garbage. For the last 2 weeks, I've tried to login. I keep getting an error, "no data found for this request". It's getting to be a real problem for me as I'm not always to see my distributor every week. Most of my tool orders are place through the app, it really needs a big update. Update, Uninstalled then reinstalled the app, now I get login credentials are not valid.

This app is terrible. After setting it up, I added a couple of things to my wishlist. When I got on the truck the next week, I went to my list and it was empty. Photos for most of the items don't work, which is especially bad for the new tools and sales flyer sections. When I tried to change my address in the app, it said to talk to my dealer - when he tried to do it in his system, it told him I needed change it in the app. Huh? Matco needs to invest $$$ into the app and make it work.
