This is a horribly unreliable app. You would think that a company like Master Lock would have their act together, but they definitely cut corners and costs to provide a substandard product. It might go over well in third World countries, but lacks reliability where and when it counts the most.

This is the best thing that happened to me during covid. I am so grateful to have this in my business, it has made my life a lot less stressful. I can send someone a code and not worry about changing the lock combo, like my old key holder, and I have total control. Great product, I love it. Sam
