I have always had a problem with charis. I have an order placed in november 2019 and it has not arrived. No option in app to show the status of order until shipped (no sufficient details unlike other shopping apps). Chatting in the app is not very helpful either as they close your chat without having your issues resolved.

The products are good and original, at first it was okay to order, but now i regret ordering cuz may last two order wasn't deliver in our house until now. they said it was failed delivery and returned twice, but no one is contacting me the day they said they will deliver. and no one is coming to our house. and im pretty sure my address and contact details are correct. I'm so disappointed because I already paid for it. and now no one is answering me back in the app and in my email. uggh
