This app is rubbish. I can't upload documents with it. It's got so much lag that you can't see if a message is sent so you end up repeating yourself. There's no push notifications to alert you additional documents have been requested. Stick to using the website. I've given this feedback via the app (!) to loans com.au

Great idea but so far nothing works! Was really looking forward to streamlining the application process through the use of this app however so far the experience has been woeful. I cannot upload files, nor does it capture the sent messages. Will have to revert to email! Fix ASAP please.

I also am having the same issue. Trying to uninstall and reinstall as Im having to use a desktop each time to login with the app not allowing me. This is because I set it up to use fingerprint login but after set up the fingerprint access doesn't appear and it won't allow you to submit the normal username and password
