App does not do what it says on the 10. It keeps rejecting my username and password even though I triple checked it and made absolutely sure it was correct. I created a teladoc ID, and it still will not allow me to sign in, it just goes through the motions and goes right back to the sign in screen. I look forward to the day when the app actually works. Uninstalling!

I like this app until the last update. The data does not want to go right to my phone unless I restart my phone every time. It also freezes up and then again have to restart the phone. Not that big of a deal but kind of inconvenient. So I'm downgrading my rating for this app because of the inconsistency of it being able to connect to wi-fi. It uses 2g network, I was not aware 2g even still existed.

Well the app itself isn't to bad. I do wish the app would sync all data to Google fit or whatever you use instead of just tracking steps it should export data to keep track on those platforms. No for the products you would think they would have WIFI or Bluetooth tech by now not cellular. So like in a place where I live that doesn't get cellular and only has satellite Internet, tv and landline phone it is hard to use your products. Not worth my time to use the products.
