How does it work?
- Download the app and create your account
- Book a Cityscoot available around you
- Unlock it. A helmet and hairnets are available under the saddle. A second helmet is available in the top case on the back for your
2 people trips!
- Ride freely, it’s time to enjoy!
- Park in an authorised location (free for our electric scooters!) and end the rental
No commitment and with our different offers, you are free to ride the way you want. Your city, your choice!
As a bonus, the loyalty and referral programs allow you to earn extra free minutes!
Where are you allowed to return your Cityscoot?
Locate the allowed area in the city on the app. This is where you can end your rental. Just park in a public parking spot authorised for motorised two-wheelers. There are no stations or terminals: you can park in the closest spot to your destination :-)
And what about security?
This is our #1 priority: you have a fully comprehensive insurance during your trip. If you don’t have experience on a scooter, you can take part in one of our free driving initiations with a professional motorcycle instructor.

Won't let me login. It keeps saying that the username/password combination is incorrect. I do get an email saying I am supposed to get an SMS with a link to click on to allow my mobile device but I just never receive it. It works fine on the web site and I am getting confirmation codes via text so not sure what the deal is. I guess I will be taking the metro.

the bikes are nice. but the app is just horrible as well as support. they had some bugs that caused extra charges for me. if i didnt count myself, it would never be refunded. be aware, its a scam app! they cant solve a single issue for months (not possible to add a new credit card, not posdible to switch the account for a new phone). so better avoid it if you have alternatives.

Hello Sober,
I'm so sorry about the problems you encountered. We now have more than 140 000 active users only in Paris and more in Nice, Milan and Rome. If we were that bad, none of them would stay on Cityscoot. Regarding the extra charges-> refunded, great. About the new credit card and phone, could you call us at 0969362026 ? Hope this helps

Impossible to sign up, the driving license won't scan, then once it's refused you have no way to re-upload it. Then tried to create another account and I get a payment error before I could enter my card. Some work to do! Edit: After posting this review they unlocked my account, but it's now impossible to use any vehicle, they keep circling and "loading" . Still some work to do!
