I've used the app a few times for online check-in, all good until last flight. After showing the online boarding pass for three times without any issue (at entrance security, immigration, gate), at the last check when boarding the plane, the app shown "mobile boarding passes are not allowed on this flight" error and I couldn't retrieve the boarding pass anymore. Lucky enough I had a screenshot of the boarding pass from before, otherwise it would be quite embarrassing situation.

I have tried repeatedly to update my frequent flyer choice and get nothing but an error message. I have contacted both my other frequent flyer airlines and my information is correct and up to date. This is the first time I have chosen EgyptAir. I have a confirmed ticket (business class) issused more than a month ago, that apparently cannot be found in the app. No one answers the provided contact numbers and my flight leaves in 48 hours!! Not happy with this app, or, at the moment, this airline.

Bookings are never saved In contrast to all other airline apps, where the bookings are populated automatically when entering username or email address, bookings has to be entered manually. Even after doing so the booking details disappear as soon as the app is closed. When you reopen the app you have to enter the details again. No information can be saved not even the boarding pass, useless app
