Truly exceptional. Independent ear volume controls as well as the ability to choose from 4 different "noise" backgrounds to adjust for interference and best reception. Only one small glitch. I could not get the right aid to "pair". After a little research I determined that by re-installing the app it might fix it. It did. So very convenient and user friendly. 👍🏻

Volt Max Android app reconnectivity after a hearing aid battery is depleted then recharged can be a challenge and frustrating. The volume controls are not always accurate, need a calibration by setting to zero then max before setting you want. The online hearing test tone acknowledgement button had difficulties accepting an input, usually on the 1st tone both left and right.

The hearing aids may be good but they are controlled by the app, which is pitiful. Connection takes 10+ tries to get Connected. Random setting changes all by itself. Constantly squeals. No updates. The hearing aid has been a PITA since purchased due I think to the app. Do yourself a favor and look for better reviews, save your money. If the hearing aids don't have a cohesive app, then what good are they. Expensive regrets. Have to buy different aids, can't stand it anymore.
