Is a great app. Helpful especially when I'm on the run, which is always. Recently, ever since my Samsung Galaxy software upgrade in December, it crashes as soon as I open it. I'll re- open it top log in & it'll crash again. Usually by the 3rd time reopening it I can get to where I need to go. Sometimes it takes 4 or more tries. I thought it would've been adressed by now. Otherwise previously to this problem I've rarely had a problem with this app.

HORRIBLE!! Can never log on. Fast balances doesn't work. Takes over 3 + minutes to log in and view account. Horrible app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times and nothing changes. I have changed any an all settings to keep things original and simple, and still nothing. I also stopped notifications because that stopped working as well. Today is 7/2 an I can't even pay Bill's. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled and NOTHING changes! Ever since the updates, this app is HORRIBLE!!!

Horrible! Have to validate each and every time you login. Only get validation via phone, no option to use email. Plus phone apps don't have password saved so you have to type in the whole generated password on the phone keyboard. The alternate 'Challenge Questions' has incorrect info and are questions people don't remember or will forget especially as they get older. Website doesn't have full Card Control and you can't setup push alerts unless app is installed. THEY USE DARK BROWN LETTERING ON DARK BLUE BACKGROUND TO ENTER TRANSACTION LIMITS! Also don't know if I can deposit more than the transaction limit since you really just want to limit spending and withdrawals. It's all just to horrible!
