Wasted $80 on remote start. It has never worked because when I try to connect with SOS button, the app is not responsive. When I try to pay my note through the app; it needs a verification code EVERY time. When I swipe down to look at the code in my notifications - the number pad disappears and you can't get it back. And when you call to pay; it asks for your banks routing number EVERY time. Why is it so hard to pay?!?

Unnecessary notifications, such as "ready to connect and digital key application,...etc. High battery consumption while running in the background. Bad login GUI. I believe Lexus can and should've done better job developing this app. Notifications are not going away unless you disable them and at that point there is no point of having notifications at all.

Even trying to perform the most basic of things - taking an image of your car for your profile, turns into an ordeal. Why is the image upside down? Why can't I just add a photo from my album? What permissions are needed for this task since the app has been granted all permissions. And why do I have to keep going to setting in the car to reach this app & do other basic stuff, like switch from Sirius XM to Bluetooth to Radio. You're LEXUS for Christ sake. Get it together!
