Nice app for bank service, safe for the false representation they make on 20% discount on airtime. I had a terrible experience with airtime purchase, after the app clearly showed 20% discount before payment, I discovered that they still charged me the exact amount at 100% without a single discount. I didn't even notice it until after I made several transactions... I lodged a complaint and they were telling me, the discount is only on first transaction caption at N1001. I'm really disappointed.

How does the app expect to serve you when you can't even sign up for an account? The continue button just provides a rolling action and stops. Nothing, no error, no sms, just a big fat nothing. Update: 4 days, 6 emails with the support account later, the closest to a response is "reinstall the app and try again", wow, why didn't i think of that before. This is despite the fact that my original email stated I had reinstalled twice already BEFORE leaving a review. You all need to fix up.

Best rates. But I sent money to Tanzania yesterday morning, 26 hours later, it hasn't arrived, it's still showing 'in progress.' I sent to someone else, with same provider in Tanzania, using another service after getting worried about Lemfi, and the transaction was instant. Also, Lemfi won't cancel the transaction! So, I'm not able to use other apps to resend the money, I had to resend with other apps using extra money I had other plans for. Some Lemfi transactions were fast.
