I installed the app just to check the remaining data balance on my prepaid card. Unfortunately, the app requires that I set up an account, and as part of that process it asks for my country. I happen to be traveling from the U.S. to Spain, and neither country shows up in the app's list of countries. So the app is completely useless to me.

I've been a customer since 2021 and had been very happy with the service. Since a recent update, there is no way to contact customer services through the app. A second issue is that I can no longer turn off the auto-renewal for the monthly contract. I only use my SIM for the months that I need it. These two issues mean that I will have to end my contact if they cannot be resolved. I emailed customer care last week, but after answering their questions they didn't reply.

Downloaded the app because their website does not allow me to login. Their login page is just a blank screen. Could not buy a roaming add-on in the app. Trying to do so just took me back to the non-functioning website. I guess their plans are cheap because they provide no service when things don't work.
