Service is ok, but the app is seriously bugged, guys. Few examples: - the app froze my position when trying to reach for a booked car. Now I have to deal with a static map without seeing my dot (position) updating. - applying filters looks like triggering a full new update/download of the map (what?!) Com'on guys, we can do better than this.

I have received 12 invoices of 21 euros for 7 cars in total with no clear explanation. I have even received some invoices multiple times for the same exact car. I wrote a lot of emails I tried to contact a lot, but customercare did nothing. Terrible experience using this service.

It is scary that a large enterprise like Leasys actually releases such a buggy app, to manage such expensive and high risk properties like cars. The phone support is also quite lacking, and only offers Italian. Here are some of the key issues: app will open car and then shutdown, and the car will be open, but the rental doesn't work. Also the app logs the user out multiple times per day.
