Do not get this card unless you have to. When I first got the it I was told they couldn't do debit card payments. Then I had to call in. Eventually they gave the option of paying through the app. Other than that the features are terrible. You can't request a limit increase, eventually negotiate a better APR, or request an off-cycle reporting or rapid re-score. This is a last resort card. A bank with a secured card that eventually converts would be better for bad credit.

No problems with this bank or the credit card. one thing that is annoying is the time it takes to access my account using mobile app. I know it's not my phone because I have other cards that once I put in my user name and password my account pops right up. Mission Lane takes forever and I hope they can fix that. Other than that it's a great card to use.

When the app works or allows you to log in, it is easy to navigate and understand. But more times than not the app doesn't even load to allow me to log in. I have to close out of everything on my phone and try again. This usually takes a minimum of three times. It's easier to just log in through the web to save time.
